Credits and refunds

Credit checkout and actual video generation are not enabled until the studio explicitly announces them as available. An indicative estimate is not an invoice or a completed order.

Review complete credits, selected video settings, taxes, payment total, any expiry rules, and rendering/retry policy at the authenticated checkout.

Check transaction and render-job history before retrying. Preserve the transaction reference, timestamp and job ID. Contact support@trydataverse.com for reconciliation.

Future paid orders are subject to their confirmed terms, actual consumption, applicable law and statutory consumer protections. There is neither a blanket no-refund condition nor a guarantee of automatic full refunds.
